First Annual Pathways To Health Careers Conference

9th to 12 grade students, with experience exploring health careers through programs or volunteer work, are encouraged to take the next step. Apply to the Pathways To Health Careers conference.

• November 8 & 9, 2008 at Goddard College in Plainfield, Vermont
• Starts 9AM on Saturday, November 8. Ends Sunday afternoon
• Completed application and acceptance is required
• $40 fee for accepted students

 How To Apply:

1. Click the County where your school is located to download the application.
2. Complete and sign the application. A parent or guardian must also sign it.
3. Mail it to the AHEC (Area Health Education Center) office listed on page 2.
4. Deadline to apply is 9/24/08.
